These terms govern your use of simplyrentllc.com and Simply Rent LLC’s washer and dryer rental services. By using the website or entering a rental agreement, you agree to the applicable terms.

Rental service

Simply Rent LLC provides washer and dryer rentals that may include delivery, installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement. Availability and monthly pricing depend on the service location and driving distance from our service area. The rental agreement provided to each customer controls the specific equipment, price, payment schedule, and service terms.

Payments and recurring billing

Customers agree to pay the stated rental fee and any applicable taxes. When recurring billing is authorized, charges continue on the agreed schedule until the rental is ended under the rental agreement. Missed payments may result in service interruption or equipment pickup.

Equipment and service

Rental equipment remains the property of Simply Rent LLC. Customers must use it responsibly, provide safe access for installation and service, and promptly report problems. Repairs or replacement for ordinary equipment failure are included as described in the rental agreement; damage caused by misuse, unsafe connections, or unauthorized movement may not be covered.

SMS terms of service

Customers who provide their phone number and consent may receive transactional SMS messages about billing, payments, delivery, service, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Consent and Communication page.
