SMS Consent and Communication
Customers provide consent to receive SMS messages from Simply Rent LLC as part of the rental agreement process.
When completing the lease agreement form, customers provide their phone number and agree to receive transactional SMS messages related to their rental service. These messages may include billing reminders, payment notifications, and service updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.
SMS messages are used only for transactional and service-related purposes and not for marketing.
